Terms & Conditions

• All participants must perform all mechanics stated to be eligible to participate in the win of Rp.100.000 BBW voucher and a grand prize of a trolleyful of books.

• Five (5) winners daily will win a BBW voucher of Rp.100,000.

• One (1) winner will win a Grand Prize of a trolleyful of books.

• Winners will be selected based on creativity of post and caption.

• Winners will be notified daily through Big Bad Wolf Books Social Media accounts

• Contest period: 27 July (09:00am) – 4 August 2023 (11.59pm)

• Voucher(s) redemption period is from 28 July (09:00am) – 6 August 2023 (11.59pm) at Customer Service centre BBW Book Sale Surabaya 2023.

• Cash vouchers can be combined to multiply the value of the voucher..

• Cash voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction.

• If the total purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the bearer Any difference in the final purchase made will not be refundable.

• In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners is unable to redeem the winning prize within the stipulated time & date period and venue, PT Jaya Ritel Indonesia shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner and shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the Prize Collection Period. All unclaimed Prizes after the Redemption Period will be forfeited.

• By participating in this contest organised by PT Jaya Ritel Indonesia, you grant us:                                                                                   

       (a) Permission to publish any photograph and/or video, submitted by or of you, on any website or social media channel managed by PT Jaya              Ritel Indonesia and grant PT Jaya Ritel Indonesia a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license (with a right to                    sub-license) to use, republish, edit and/or modify your photograph and/or video in any/all media (including in electronic format and hard                copy) for purposes connected with the activity/event.

       (b) The right to use your name, picture and/or video, for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of your entry and/or as a winner of                 the contest.

• PT Jaya Ritel Indonesia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

GRAND PRIZE - A TROLLEYFUL OF BOOKS

Contest mechanism

1.     Customers must participate in Barbuk contest to be eligible for the Grand Prize.

2.     Ensure that your profile is set to public during the contest period.

3.     One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected and contacted via DM by 5 August 2023.

4.     Contest submission closes on 4 August 2023 (11.59PM).

• Prize redemption period is on 5 August 2023 (between 9am - 8pm) at BBW Book Sale Surabaya 2023.

• The Winner is entitled to win all the books in the trolley that he/she selected from the BBW Book Sale Surabaya 2023 with the exception of Local Publishers' titles, Premium Books, Box Sets and Non-Books.

• The Winner will be allocated a maximum of 2 hours to select his/her books in the trolley He/she shall fill books to the brim and not overload the trolley (capped at Rp. 6,000,000 / RM 1,800. After doing so, the Winner will be permitted to bring home all the books. The Winner may only bring home ONE (I) copy of the same title in their book selection — no duplication of title selection

• The winner will be notified through a phone call / email / DM

• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items in part or in full.
