Terms & Conditions

• All participants must perform all mechanics stated above to be eligible to participate in this Share & Win contest.

• Winners will be notified daily through Big Bad Wolf Books Social Media accounts.

• Contest period: 9 Feb 2023 (12noon) - 20 Feb 2023 (11.59pm)

• Prize redemption period is on 22 Feb 2023 (09:00am) - 5 March 2023 (11:59pm) at Customer Service counter BBW Book Sale Cambodia.

• Cash vouchers can be combined to multiply the value of the voucher. 

• Cash vouchers are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items in part or in full and are valid for a single transaction only. 

• If the total purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the bearer. Any difference in the final purchase made will not be refundable. 

• In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners is unable to redeem the winning prize within the stipulated time & date period and venue, Big Bad Wolf Books shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner and shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the Prize Collection Period. All unclaimed Prizes after the Redemption Period will be forfeited. 

• Big Bad Wolf Books reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in this contest organised by Big Bad Wolf Books, participants grant us:

(a) Permission to publish any photograph and/or, submitted by or of them, on any website or social media channel managed by Big Bad Wolf Books and grant Big Bad Wolf Books a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license (with a right to sub-license) to use, republish, edit and/or modify their photograph and/or video in any/all media (including in electronic format and hard copy) for purposes connected with the activity/event.

• (b) The right to use their names, pictures and/or videos, for the sole purpose of identifying them as the author of their entry and/or as a winner of the contest.

Terms & Conditions

• All participants must perform all mechanics stated to be eligible to participate in the win a trolleyful of books.

• Ensure that your profile is set to public during the contest period.

• One (1) winner will be selected based on creativity of post and caption.

• Contest period: 22 Feb (09:00am) - 3 March 2023 (11.59pm)

• Prize redemption period is on Sunday 5 March 2023 (between 11am - 9pm) at BBW Book Sale Cambodia.

• The Winner is entitled to win all the books in the trolley (capped at US$200) that he/she selected from the BBW Book Sale Cambodia 2023 with the exception of Local Publishers’ titles, Premium Books, Box Sets and Non-Books. 

• The Winner will be allocated a maximum of 2 hours to select his/her books in the trolley. He/she shall fill books to the brim and not overload the trolley. After doing so, the Winner will be permitted to bring home all the books (capped at US$200). The Winner may only bring home ONE (1) copy of the same title in their book selection - no duplication of title selection.

• The winner will be notified through a phone call / email / DM.

• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items in part or in full. 

• In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners is unable to redeem the winning prize within the stipulated time & date period and venue, Big Bad Wolf Books shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner and shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the Prize Collection Period.
